By purchasing any product, training, software, or consultancy service from MTH Capital LLC, the client (“You” or “Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
   All purchases made through MTH Capital LLC are non-refundable. No cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be honored once a transaction has been completed.
2. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
   All materials, software, documentation, training resources, and consultancy information provided by MTH Capital LLC are the intellectual property of MTH Capital LLC and are provided solely for the personal use of the purchaser.
   You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, license, sublicense, share, publish, or otherwise disseminate any part of these materials to any third party without the prior written consent of MTH Capital LLC.
3. Service Period
   You are entitled to access and utilize the services purchased for a period of up to five (5) years from the date of purchase. After this period, access to services, including any updates or consultations, may no longer be available without additional fees or a new purchase agreement.
4. Payment Terms
   All services and products must be paid in full prior to delivery or commencement. No partial payments, payment plans, or post-payment arrangements will be accepted unless explicitly agreed to in writing by MTH Capital LLC.
5. Risk Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
   Trading in stocks, options, futures, and other financial instruments carries inherent risks, including the potential loss of capital.
   MTH Capital LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives do not guarantee any specific outcomes, profits, or trading performance.
   By purchasing and/or using our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and financial outcomes.
   MTH Capital LLC and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of our services, training, software, or consultancy.
